The high-voltage, high-reliability ULH series offers an exceptional load life of 4,000 hours at 125 °C, ideal for automotive applications. Models in the series have rated voltages from 160 V up to 450 V with rated capacitances from 2.2 µF to 27 µF. The series features an operating temperature range of -40 °C to +125° C, compliance with RoHS and AEC-Q200, and compatibility with automatic mounting machines using carrier tape.
