High Temperature Resistance
Heat resistance is essential as electrical components are exposed to the high-temperature environments inside of modern electric vehicle powertrains, including motors, traction inverters, and battery packs. Capable of operating at temperatures up to 150 °C, our PCZ, GYD, UBC, UBH, and UBX series capacitors are ideal for engine compartments and other high-heat zones. 
Long Life and High Reliability
Capacitors designed for long operating lifespans (such as the UBT series, rated to last up to 10,000 hours at high temperatures) are critical for applications like ECUs, powertrains, and safety systems.
AEC-Q200 Qualification
Many of our series are AEC-Q200 compliant, meeting the automotive industry’s stringent stress test requirements for passive components.
Vibration Resistance
We offer capacitors designed to withstand high vibration environments, ideal for under-hood and chassis-mounted electronics. Our UXY series has 40 G vibration resistance, featuring innovative case grooves for vibration suppression; our UUE series has 30 G vibration resistance and 100 G impact resistance. 
High Ripple Current
Many of our capacitors can support systems with high ripple demands, such as DC-DC converters, onboard chargers, and ECUs. These include our conductive polymer aluminum solid electrolytic capacitors (PCZ, PCM, PCH, PCL, PCR, and PCX series) and conductive polymer hybrid aluminum electrolytic capacitors (GYA, GYB, GYC, GYD, GYE, GYF, GXC, GWC series).
Compact Size
We produce miniature and surface-mount capacitors to meet space-saving requirements in densely packed automotive PCBs. Products such as the GYF and UCV series allow for high capacitance using fewer capacitors.
