The high-voltage ULR series of chip-type capacitors features models with rated voltages up to 500 V. The series is RoHS and AEC-Q200 compliant for automotive applications, with an operating temperature range of -40 °C to +105 °C and capacitances range of 2.7 µF to 39 µF.
