PCZ

The high-reliability PCZ series offers low ESR and high ripple current with an improvement in high temperature resistance over the PCH series. It is ideal for demanding automotive applications with high temperature requirements, such as the ECU, engine cooling fan, pump control, and HVAC. These capacitors have an operating temperature range of -55 °C to +150 °C with a load life of 2,000 hours at 150 °C. The RoHS-and-AEC-Q200-compliant PCZ series features models rated at 16 V to 63 V and 12 μF to 1,000 μF.
