RPA series capacitors are standard chip-type FPCAPs in φ6.3 mm, φ8 mm, and φ10 mm sizes, offering low ESR (lower than the RPS series) and high ripple current suitable for high-frequency applications. A load life of 2,000 to 5,000 hours at 105 °C and operating temperature range of -55 °C to +105 °C is featured by models available with rated voltage choices ranging from 4 V to 20 V and capacitances from 39 µF to 1560 µF.
