GYD

Ideal for high-temperature automotive environments, the GYD series features high reliability, low ESR, and high ripple current with the ability to withstand temperatures up to 150 °C. This AEC-Q200-qualified and RoHS-compliant series operates in the wide -55 °C to +150 °C range with a lifespan of 1,000 hours at 150 °C. We offer the GYD series in rated voltages from 25 V to 35 V and capacitances from 100 µF to 270 µF. The GYD series is well suited for use in automotive applications such as engine cooling, DC/DC converters, ECUs, and pump controls.
