The high-temperature Nichicon UBW series miniature aluminum electrolytic capacitors are designed for power and automotive electronics, including ECUs. The series offers a wide temperature range of -55 °C to +135 °C, a load life of 1,000 to 3,000 hours at 135 °C, a rated voltage range of 10 V to 100 V, and a rated capacitance range of 4.7 µF to 4,700 µF. These capacitors are RoHS and AEC-Q200 compliant and feature a radial-lead-type design.
