Ideal for switching power supplies, the UPJ series of miniature aluminum electrolytic capacitors features low impedance and high reliability, delivering a load life of 5,000 hours at 105 °C (3,000 hours for smaller case sizes). The series operates from -55 °C to +105 °C and features a rated voltage range of 6.3 V to 100 V and a rated capacitance range of 22 µF to 15,000 µF. RoHS compliant.
